I understand this purchase is for a maximum of FOUR WEEKS OF ASSISTANCE in setting up my Podcast! Once the initial 20 minute introductory phone call has taken place, the "4 weeks will begin." I understand if I miss a scheduled call during the 4 weeks - without giving notice - that weeks call WILL NOT BE REPLACED. I understand I will be responsible for setting up my CAPTIVATE.FM account. This offer IS NOT VALID for any other podcast host. YOU DO HAVE THE RIGHT TO TRANSFER YOUR HOSTING PROVIDER AT ANYTIME... but this "Done For You Set UP" is only good for the initial set up on Captivate.FM (as Pastor Bob is intimately familiar only with this platform). If the VOICE OVER option is selected, there is NO REFUND offered for that service once it has been initiated. I understand a REFUND REQUEST may be made before work has begun on the podcast set up. A pro-rated charge of 25% per week is deducted from any refund, to reimburse Pastor Bob for the time dedicated prior to the refund request being made. NO REFUND is made after the four weeks unless there is a delay or issue on the fault of Pastor Bob. If the delay or fault is because YOU failed to provide the needed information, cooperation or coordination - then NO REFUND REQUEST is going to be honored. I Agree to reimburse Pastor Bob Thibodeau for any additional expense that are incurred as a result of missed payments (for the payment plan); for declined payments (if on the payment plan) and any additional services that I agree to during the maximum four weeks of setup (no expenses are anticipated - but I understand if I have a special need or request I would like to be added - this may result in additional charges.
